We've had our Merdeka celebrations, Raya & soon Deepavali. If that's not a melting pot, I dont knw what else is. My daughter finished her UPSR-that was a hectic week.Ensuring she had proper rest, brain food. All the while neglecting one's own health.

That's the sacrifice of a working Mum. 24x7 -non stop. Sometimes I wonder if its all worth it.One should take time to stop & smell the roses or else it would be too late.

A dear friend departed a few months back at a young age-God rest her soul. She left a husband & 2 young kids. A good life that she didnt have time to continue. Life is short. So go for it. Whatever dreams, aspirations.. No ones gonna stop you except yourself.

Dont expect Perfectionism in everything. No such thing as 110%. That's machine not HUMAN.
So what if the house is a litle bit unkempt.It aint gonna kill u...

Havent blogged for along time. So many things have happened. My son's in Boarding school & Sundays are revolved around him on outing days. My daughter's UPSR is round the corner.How fast they grow up.

A friend asked me if I would let my kids do the same things I did after college. Obvious answer was No Way, Jose. But on hindsight how long can you hold their hands and help them to make decisions before you let go? All you need is let them take their own paths but make sure you are there to guide them..
